The only personal information we collect is name, street and email address, and telephone number. Your credit card information will also be collected, but not stored in our database, if that form of payment is used to process the transaction for your purchase.

We use the personal information collected from you to facilitate communicating with your regarding your LLMG appointments and deliverables and other related products and services, and processing any transaction you may do with LUXURY LIST MEDIA GROUP. Such personal information as we collect will be kept strictly confidential.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

This site has security measures in affect to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All personal data resides on secure-password-protected environment and is sent over SSL-encrypted streams that allow only user-client access.

REFUND + EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of digital photography/videography and the fact that Media, once sent, cannot be returned; LLMG has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed it is then considered non-refundable. 

Luxury List Media Group does allow media package credit to be used for exchanged services. Ie. Promo shoot exchanged for a property photoshoot, etc. This EXCHANGE policy is only valid for media packages and property marketing NOT LLMG Media MEMBERSHIPS. Media Membership credit must be used in the month that the credit was granted. No exceptions.
